Install P2 driver without camera
Hi,
If someone could help me with this, I would do almost anything!
I shot a music video this weekend using the HVX200. My cameraman then transferred all the P2 files onto an external hard drive so I can edit the video.
I downloaded the P2 drivers but they won’t install unless the camera is connected. My cameraman rented the camera and P2 card and lives miles away.
I bought a program that converts P2 files to avi files etc. but the video has a fast playback with bad audio. Whilst the audio isn’t needed, it’s hard to decipher what the correct speed should be.
Is there any way I can install the P2 drivers without the camera being connected???

Hello,
You need to install the p2 driver and then the p2 content viewer. What are you using to convert the video files with?

I’ll try that when I get home from work. However will that definetely work, because it’s the actual installing of the driver that I’m having trouble with.
Also, I converted the video with Aumsoft.
