  Install Issue?

  Hi all,
  I installed AE 2015.3 (this is the first time on this computer) on my Win 10 i7 2.60 GHz 16 gig ram. Every time I try to launch AE I get an error, “Your PC encountered an error and needs to restart. We are collecting details and will restart your computer for you.” I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still the same problem. Premier Pro opens with no problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
