Instagram Stories Codec
I’m new to editing social media content and vertical videos. I made a video and exported H.264 mp4 1920×1080 all the basics. I send that to my android and its available to upload to IG no problem.
I create a sequence that’s 1080×1920 and export the same way, just with this vertical ratio, and on my Android phone it says unsupported codec, and I can’t choose the file for Instagram stories.
Any idea where the disconnect is/what the solution is?

That is bizarre.
Most mobile phones accept h264 in both aspect ratios.
Now my only experience is mostly iPhone but I would think the Android can handle the same.
Did try recoding in AME?
