Insert/remove frames?
Does After Effects have an insert and remove frames tool yet?
In Animate you just go to the time you want to pause a little longer, and click F5 to insert frames… super nice and easy.
Adjusting timing in AE sucks, especially if you have various layers that span much of your timeline with keyframes that need to be moved, as well as whole layers that need moving. I’ve come to dread adjusting timing. Help?

I seem to recall a script many years ago called Add Delete Frames. Have no idea if it works with current versions of AE still, but may be worth a Google.
