  Input Configuration

  I am using a M-Audio Firewire 2496 and also a Samson C01U USB mic on my WinXP Dell Inspiron 9300. I’m using mostly Ableton Live and a bunch of soft synths and samplers.

  I’m *trying* to use Adobe Audition 2.0, but pretty much every time I launch the app it says “The audio input is not activated. Recording Audio is not possible… blah blah blah” I can’t seem to come up with any information on how to set this problematic and indecipherable dialog to make Audition happy. Chapter 3 of the user guide is useless.
