Overcoming the Write-on 50pt limit?
A bit late to answer, but what I do when I want to reveal a too fat stroke is:
*Create a solid on top of the image I want to reveal, scale it up over 100% (that’s the trick..)
*apply write on to scaled up solid, turn down opacity to see the layer and then draw the mask I want the write-on to follow.. (copy mask shape to brush position)
*turn up opacity, change write-on to reveal and use as a track-matte for the underlying image.
