Ink Bleed
I have some supplied illustrations which I am animating and wanted to make the ink ‘bleed’ into and out of the ‘paper’ like watercolour (although this is black and white) is there any decent filters for this or any ideas? Thanks.

if you use your illustration as a track matte for a black solid, you could animate a combination of simple choke and roughen edges might get you close.
