  ingesting p2 footage

  i have the dvd that panasonic sent me with some p2 footage on it for testing etc. i am using fcp 5.1.2 and get the new p2 ingest window, and am having some trouble getting it to work.

  the normal 1080i footage ingest just fine, but i was trying to import the cranked footage and i get an error. all it says is an ‘unknown error’.

  this is the ‘ramp up’ dvd that panasonic gave out at nab.

  has anyone else tried this? wondering what i am doing wrong to get it to ingest. need to figure it out since i am going to be shooting some skateboarding at 720p60 for slow mo.

  any advice?
