ingesting from an AVCHD card?
I copied an entire SDHC card into a folder on my Mac. I can access all of the files through the Media Browser. With Final Cut Pro I use to copy different videos into a project folder and edit that way. With CS6, how do you copy individual files out of a folder containing all of the stuff that is in an AVCHD folder, because it needs all of the other stuff in other folders to work? How do you do this? What is your workflow?

Similar to log log and Transfer inside FCP,
Adobe offers Prelude as an external app to facilitate this.
