Infinity loop
Hi
I need to visualise an infinity loop with C4D R15, but I can’t seem to get it right:
I don’t need the full ribbon, just the wires that look like texture on it. I tried Helix and splines with a bend modifier after using sweep, but it doesn’t look right. When I use Helix and make it with the same amount of bends, it doesn’t look wound/curvy enough. And trying to model splines by hand didn’t go anywhere…
Any help is greatly appreciated!

How about a twist deformer with a bend deformer?
