Individual Letter Color Flicker
I can’t figure out how to achieve the animate-on text effect in this promo video. The words come on, and each letter blinks a couple of different colors before all landing on a solid color. Any ideas on how this is done? I’d greatly appreciate any help!

This looks like Text Animator with Wiggly Selector:
Text->Animate->Fill Color (setting it red will give you the colors like those on the video)
Add->Selector->WigglyThis already gives you the color effect almost like the one on the video.
Since there’s also a varying opacity, you can Add->Property->Opacity and make it 0%.
To stop flickering, make Wiggly Selector -> Max Amount=0.
