There isn’t anything quite like what you see in FCPX, but Avid can generate various kinds of lists (pretty much all that are commonly used in motion picture post production) using the List Tool (older Avid versions have an EDL Manager and Film Scribe) Look at the various options and see if there is something that works for you.

What do you mean by “chronological” as it can be several different things:

    • Sequence order by track
    • Sequence order regardless of track
    • By source and TOD order

Once that is clear we might have some suggestions.

Thanks, John, that I’ve done in the past.

[Michael Phillips] “What do you mean by “chronological” “

    Thanks, Michael.
    Just timecode, nothing elaborate.
I will give the List Tools option a try.

Would the “Show Reference Clips” in the Bin Display options help you?

Then you can export the Bin as an ALE and copy that into a word or excel program.
