  Indexing – Superscript Problem

  When I create my index, the commas separating pages always appear in superscript. All else is fine (e.g. commas after subject are normal).
  I can’t find any way to set styles in the index menu and am at a loss as to how to change the style to normal.

  Any suggestions appreciated.
