    Hi,

Brand new to this software…I’m doing an editing project and every time I attempt to print InDesign documents, they print as mirror images (everything reversed). PDFs, Word docs, Web pages are all fine, it’s only InDesign files I’m having trouble with. Adobe can’t seem to tell me what the problem is; I’ve checked all the settings, updated the printer drivers and reinstalled InDesign, all to no avail. Anybody ever heard of this?

What device are you printing to? If it’s to a RIP device (or using a RIP PPD) the setting could be there. Also, make sure you’re using the correct PPD and make sure Flip and negative are NOT set in the output section of the print dialog box. There may also be a setting you have chosen in the printer specific section (Print dialog>Printer button>Print Options pull down option) that is controlling that.

Just a couple of things to check…
