InDesign data merge, multiple records per page
Hey guys!
I’m doing a data merge where I’m pulling from a spreadsheet to add photos and contact info, but I’m having a hard time getting multiple records on the same page.
I copied the merge field layout and it just pulls the same record again.
This is even AFTER I go through the “Create Merged Document” button and tell it multiple records per page. What am I missing on setup here?

OH!!!!! I fixed it.
So simple – I was over-thinking it. You can only do ONE record on the page and then let the “Create Merged Document” function add the rest. I tried to set up the layout myself by copying the fields.
