  Increase Shutter speed in Premiere?

  I screwed up on a friend’s shoot and forgot to set my camera shutter speed to 1/1000, and instead had it at 1/48. Is there any way to get close to fixing this? I assume it isn’t possible 100%. He wants the footage to have a faster shutter effect because it is an action scene.

  I did find ReelSmart Motion Blur. Does anyone have any experience with that? I see it can correct for the opposite (shutter set too high) but my specific problem seems pretty rare and that’s kind of scaring me.
