incorrect aspect ratio during upconversion with Kona LHi
I just realized that many of my HD 720P clips were up-converted with the wrong aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9, resulting in a horizontally squished image.
Is it possible to take the up-converted incorrect aspect ratio clips and change the aspect ratio in Quicktime without having to recapture all the clips from scratch at the correct aspect ratio?

You could distort them in the motion tab, yes.
Might be better to recapture in the long run.
