  Inconsistent Audio Channels

  I am attempting to sync some footage from my camera (stereo) with audio from my sound recorder, who has used three channels (two lapels and a boom respectively). Pluraleyes says no! I can’t see a viable workaround for this, has anyone else figured one out? Splitting the channels into separate files seems excessive.
