    is abode after effects any good?I want to expand my collection of movie altering programes but I don’t waste money

    I guess it depends what you need it for. Since I got AE last year, I’ve been able to do a lot of things I really couldn’t do before, in terms of tweaking my 3D renders and video clips. It’s not a tool I use everyday, but it comes in handy when I do need it.

    The best bet is to download the tryout version and see if it has any tools you need.

    In my opinion, After Effects is like the foundation of your effects and compostie life.
    If you haven’t used it, you don’t know what you are missing. PI is like suppliment to
    After effects. Knowing After effects is essential and PI is good for spicing up AE.

    Give Digital Fusion a try as well.
    There DFX version is reasonably priced.
    Since I switched to it from AE, I have never turned back (although I have at times wished I had some of it’s 3D camera stuff).
