  In TOC, how can I concatenate multiple entries for one page into one entry?

  I have CS6…

  When I create a table of contents, I end up with, say, multiple entries that take you to page 3…

  i.e.

  Bears – 3

  Pigs – 3

  Lions – 3

  Is there a way to list those as one entry?

  so….

  Bears, Pigs, Lions – 3
