In & Out markers?
Where can one find and apply the In and Out Point markers at the bottom left and right sides of your source monitor. You know…the L looking markers that show you when you’re at the start or end of a clip on your sequence.

Media Start/End overlays don’t exist in Premiere Pro. Feel free to make a feature request: https://www.adobe.com/go/wish
