    I don’t see a lock anywhere on the program that I can use to unlock it… this is weird, it’s never happened to me before. This is what it looks like right now. I go over the line used to adjust volume levels, and it wont show up or act as editable.

    I am having the exact same problem. I have been trying everything but the volume levels just won’t budge. I know that’s not much of a help to you but at least you know your not the only person this is happening to.
    If I get a solution I will post.

    I was having the exact same problem. Here’s the solution: Hold down the shift key when you open up Audition. That will reset things and you should be able to adjust the volume again. It worked for me,
