    Hello,
I’ve a log list, and I need to batch capture it but I have a message saying that there is not enough preroll etc, or a TC problem.
I’m working with DV PAL with the 5.1.2 version.
It is not the first time I can’t batch capture. But the tape is fine and it looks like there is a bug. Also the audio behave weird in the new version.
Does anyone experiment the same problem?

Is there enough preroll? have you checked the tape to see?

DV decks usually require at least 3 seconds of pre roll of continual and accurate timecode.

Was the material shot with a Canon camera?

Audio behaves the same here as it always has, what’s different?

Have you checked if the TC at the start of the tape is consistent. It might just be a TC break. You can try to enable capture across TC breaks in the User preferences if you’re not sure.

Is there an issue with canon and preroll?

and the 3 sec preroll -what does that mean? just shoot 3 secs of nothing important?
