  Importing XAVC .MP4 files into Plural Eyes

  Hi there,

  When I import XAVC .mp4 files from the A7s in Plural Eyes 3.3.7 the files show up in the program with a crossed through icon in the camera bin and you can’t play the files in the program. Plural Eyes says that it supports mp4. Has anyone else run into this issue? Thank you for your time.
