  Importing to Premiere Pro different file dimensions

  Hello
  I have a questions about the frame size.

  I am importing two clips. The first one is from a VCD (mpeg1) and the second clip is from a DV camcorder. The farme size of the first clip is too small. I used “motion” “scale” t o scale it up but when I export and make a DVD, it show on the TV the original size for the 1st clip.
  Any help is greatly appreciated
