    is there a way i can automatically fill these frames out correctly. manually inserting the 3 digits will take me ages?

    You’re going to need a utility – I’d actually have it strip everything and then add everything back

    Adobe Bridge and Name Mangler should be able to do this for you.

    cheers, i used name mangler and some sequences worked but some didnt. i still get the message as you see hear
