    i totally understand the argument. i just dont think someone is going to shell out hundreds of dollars for the rights to a song for a home video dvd. i don’t ever see that happening. Hec, in this world, your lucky if people actually pay for the file or cd they are using.

    You’re confusing two different ideas: whether it is legal, and whether you will be prosecuted.

    While it’s unlikely that you will be prosecuted, that does not mean it is legal.

    The only way this will happen is if you contact your national legislators. Otherwise, the industry lobby will prevail as it has so completely the last few years.

    Yeah, and don’t speed. While you might not get caught and prosecuted, it is still illegal…and dangerous.
