    Hi there,

    I did a shoot and the camera continuously recorded about 20mins of footage. I wanted to use XDCAM transfer software to unwrap it for editing using FCP 6.06, but I am unable to do it as the clip has an ext .SMI instead of the normal .MP4. I used only one card during the shoot. Please help. Thanks.

    Did you try setting an in and out point just inside the limits of the clip?

    Thanks for the reply, problem has been solved.. Its the firewire cable that was not working.. Thanks.
