Importing Phantom Gold to FCP ?
Hello
I’m getting a job thats been shot on Phantom Gold
I’ve never imported from this before and wondered if its a straight forward plug in ?
All I can find is the Glutools software but that costs more than I’m getting for the job !Any help appreciated

gluetools is only tool for this
even if you had it, these files are very demanding, and need a fast and strong raid to play correctly.sometimes camera houses who rent Phantom can convert the files for you
you can ask for proress 422 HQ or 4X4, depending on your client’s needs and where it is going.
i have done it before and was pleased with the results
if you need to work with the cine raw file – you’ll have to go gluetools
