Importing P2 media from firewire drive crashing system
I just finished a shoot with the Panasonic HVX and backed up all the files to a firewire drive. Now i’m trying to import the footage in final cut, and my system crashes everytime i select the folder with the media in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you double back up?
What version FCP are you on?
