Importing P2 cards clip span
Tossed into a new edit bay with P2 cards. How do you Log and transfer a group of partial span clips as ONE Clip? The previous editor did it – so it most be possible. Thanks for any help.

Mount ALL the card backup files into Log and Transfer.

P2 card was copied into one folder. I load the folder in Log & Transfer and it still wants to import each partial span separately. FCP 7.1.

Hey,
I just had the same issue. Final Cut X won’t combine two spanned clips into one full one… and upon importing it gives an error message. I got around it by going back to the good ‘ol Final Cut Pro 7, which does it no problem.
