    Hi all,

I’m trying to import some video files we recorded yesterday on a NewTek Tricaster into PPro on my Mac and I am getting the message the the file doesn’t contain any audio or video streams. I have downloaded the NewTek codec pack and no luck either.

If I rename the file from .mov to .mpeg I can get the audio stream but no video. The file will open in VLC, but nothing else.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Hopefully you already got the answer to this, but with so many different TriCaster models over the last decade, it’s difficult to address such questions without knowing which TriCaster or how the program was recorded. But undoubtedly you’ve already found the solution.
