Importing MPG files
Another puzzler, I’ve imported some MPG files to the project (as opposed to AVI which is how they get captured obviously) and for some reason the sound isn’t playing. Any thoughts?

This comes up here almost every day. The solution is freeware MPEG Streamclip from https://www.squared5.com/svideo/mpeg-streamclip-mac.html.
