    Importing Mp3 file into AE? No sound in timeline.

    I have imported a MP3-file into AE 6.5 when I click on the file in AE it plays the file and I can hear it but when I pull it onto the timeline and I play the movie there is no sound. Why is this what am I doing wrong?

    Got it to work in RAM preview

    You should convert the MP3 to AIFF or WAV using Quicktime Pro anyway. MP3s in AE can cause clicks and other problems.

    I just noticed that after exporting, have converted to aiff now ant it works better.
