    Hi, I’m doing a screen capture movie on my MAC using Quicktime V. 10.1, Now I want to import that MOV file to Adobe Premiere CC to create HD quality, At the moment when I import the MOV file I get a popup with two options whether to set it manually or FIX it !! Can you please help ?

    There are more than one issues when users importing MOV to Premiere Pro CC. You can search many similar thread from this forum to find some useful tips. I got some Nikon MOV files to Premiere Pro, what I’ve done before editing the clips is convert MOV to MPEG-2 for Premiere Pro. But I’m not sure it’s the format issue on your problem.

    MOV is just a containter which you may not know the inner codec of it , suggest you use a MediaInfo to know the detailed info about it. Then trans-code it into MPEG or AIC to load it into your Premiere.
