Importing Layered Illustrator CS4 File to After Effects 6.5
Hello Professionals,
I’m importing a layered Illustrator CS4 file into After Effects 6.5. I have tried to import it as a composition and a footage. Both ways resulted as a flat layer in After Effects.
It used to let me import Illustrator CS2 file as layers if I import it as a composition. Did I miss anything?

Thank you, Dave! I saved it to Illustrator CS 2 and AE 6.5 imported it in layers.
