  importing issues – audio longer than video

  I’m importing my mpg files and one of my pieces is coming in with the audio longer than the video… I’m thinking that this is what is causing me problems when building the file as I’m getting memory allocation errrors and other errors but when I import a file that doesn’t have a longer audio piece than video, it seems to build o.k. I’m not sure why it is making the audio piece longer… anyone else experiencing this phenomenon?
