    Importing into Squeeze

    I’ve just downloaded a trial of Sorenson Squeeze 6.5 and in the quick start it says to browse and import, but I’m just wondering do I create a self contained QT from FCP and import that to be compressed? Or some other technique?

    Self contained or Reference although the former is more reliable.
