  importing into liquid

  I’m wanting to import some footage from final Cut into liquid 7 (HD) I’ve tried saving as AVI and while I can open it on my PC it won’t import properly into Liquid. Comes up as a green icon and won’t play. Any suggestions as to what format and codec I should export from FCP as so I can get it in to Liquid?
