importing into fcp 7 using xdcam transfer getting mp4 files
When importing clips into fcp7 using xdcam transfer (clips are on BPAV’s) some clips are unable to be imported and the message is that they are unrecognizable because they MP’4’s…i don’t know why some of them turned into mp4’s the rest are regular mov files or how to bring them into the fcp project – any insights ?

Hi Barbara,
They have to turn in .mov.
When MP4 don’t get converted in .mov may be because some clip corruption or because the BPAV have been altered.
