Importing into FCP 5 from P2 card.
I am under the impression that one is able to import into FCP directly from the P2 cards with material recorded on the AGDVX200. I can see the footage on the camera but if I remove the card and insert it into my PowerBook G4, it is not seen by the laptop. Anyone have any insight into this?

Use File>Import P2 from within FCP. You must be on FCP 5.

Also, you need a driver to mount the P2 Card on a Mac before it will show up in the Fidner and be available to FCP5:
