Importing Flat Alexa Footage
I am importing Alexa footage in FCPX and it keeps adding its own color pass on it, even if the “analyze for balance color” box is unchecked on import. At the finder level it is flat color, but in media import I can only view it with the FCPX color pass. Any ideas on how and if I can import the footage flat/as is color?

In the event viewer, select all the clips. Go to the Info box in the inspector – you might have to go to the extended view – and unstick Log C.
