Importing exported quicktime files with markers to FCP
HI all…
(i did a search for this earlier and found one post from back in 2005 but solution didn’t exist then.)
My question is:is it possible to export a quicktime file out from an FCP project with markers that can then be Imported into another project, on a different machine in another location, (shared media storage/server is not an option,) and have these markers show up?
Thanks for any answers..whether they are good or bad news.

Not that I know of. First time I have heard of a need to do this.
Why not give the person the media and your project file. The markers will be in the project file…
