    Hi,

I’ve googled this and looked on here and cant find an answer…

I’ve been given bespoke export codec settings for a series of projects in CS6 which the client has specified I used.

As a test I’ve tried to export a clip in Media encoder from the timeline and used the import preset icon to bring these presets in.

They are in epr.xml format but when I go to the folder theyre in on my hard-drive via this import button they are greyed out so I cant import them.

I’m new to CS6 so think I must have a setting wrong or something.

I dont have much time to get this sorted so any advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Mike
