Importing EPS files
While importing a logo EPS image, the image comes into Boris Red black. Why? I even saved a copy of the file in Illustrator 9 and changed the document color mode in illustrator to RGB.

Hi Steve,
There could be several reasons why an EPS file might appear black in Boris RED and it’s really hard to know the exact cause without seeing the Illustrator file first hand. So, with that, I’d like to ask you to please send the file to us (you can send it directly to me at peterm@borisfx.com) and we’ll take a look to see if we can understand why this is happening. Also, keep in mind that Illustrator 8 is the supported file format, not 9.
