I’ve imported some DV footage that I want to use in my HDV project in Premiere.
Is there any better solution to get a “full-screen” in the video window than use the transform->scale function and intepret to HD anamaorphic?
I’ve thoughts about converting all the videoclips from the DV footage one by one by importing it to a DV project and exporting to 1080i. This could be an extremly ineffectively way to convert if you have a lot of clips.
The DV footage is mostly in 16:9, but I’ve also have som cambike footage in 4:3.

Is there any smart functions in Premiere to do this for a whole directory with footage to save as much time as possible?

What about setting the Project preference to Scale to Project Settings for your imported footage, it should look proper when used in a sequence.

Or if you already have things imported and you don’t want to reimport (this only really applies if you have cut your clips) then you could scale one clip to the right size and then click on the word motion in the effects control window and then select Edit then copy or use CTRL+C and then marquee select all the dv clips and Paste.
