  Importing direct from varicam into FCP using Black magic card

  I’m working on a 720 25P project and want to digitise some vision shot at 60P directly from the HD SDI output on the varicam camera via a Blackmagic HD card directly into FCP – it seems to work for a few seconds then stops digitizing. The few seconds captured allows the slo mo playback I’m after.

  Has anyone had any sucess in this. All Vision shot at 25P digitises in fine.
