    Hello all

I’ve just noticed this annoying issue: I have a project with what I thought were going to be 32 720P clips, each ranging from 10-45 seconds. I am able to get about 25 clips into the project, but when I attempt to import the rest, I get a message saying the memory is low. What do I need to do? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You did ask for any help, so, initially, I have to ask, why do you think that the memory message isn’t relevant? Let’s get that out of the way first.

    Grazie

This is getting to be a broken record…..

Low Memory or Out of Memory does not mean “Not enough RAM”, though adding RAM can sometimes fix a “Low Memory” waning. A “Low Memory” warning usually means that you have exceeded your commit limit. You need either a bigger page file, more physical memory, or both.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that with people who don’t know. I have to keep repeating the same old stuff. Who’d have thought huh?

Actually, there was no RAM connection being put forward. I didn’t read one?

Mind you that was over an hour ago and my own RAM isn’t what it was.

    Grazie
