Importing Clip Notes Comments! – They’re not at the right timecodes!

With Adobe Premiere Pro CS3.1.1, I made some Clip Notes PDFs, sent them off, got back the comments files, and went to import one of them.
It puts the comments on the timeline alright, but at timecodes relative to the end of my sequence, NOT the beginning. I double checked the timecode in the file with Dreamweaver, and sure enough it says something like 00;04;20;19. Well, it’s putting it way off in the 01;35;02;00 range…. I didn’t do any math, but it seems like it’s adding the 00;04;20;19 to the end of my sequence.
Am I missing something? These aren’t very useful if they don’t import back to the right place!
