I captured DV 29.97 4×3 w/ letter box in FCP. When I open the footage in Quicktime the quality isn’t set to “high quality”. So I set it to high quality and hit save.

When I try to import the captured video into AE it still looks low quality and has jaggy edges.

I’ve tried playing with the aspect ratio and interpret footage dialog box.

    Any ideas?
